Each role has a slightly different process — all with the goal of making sure it's the right fit for you and for us.

02Recruiter Screening Call
A short 20–30 minute call with our team to learn more about you, answer your questions, and confirm the role is a good mutual fit.
03Clinical Interview
An in-depth conversation with our Clinical Director, Nadine Salahuddin (MS, BCBA). We discuss your clinical philosophy, past cases, and how you approach supervision and data-driven decision-making.
04Offer & Onboarding
If it's a match, we move quickly — expect an offer within a few days of your final interview. Onboarding is structured and supportive from day one.

Practicum&FieldworkPlacements
We welcome graduate students from ABA programs across the Midwest for supervised practicum and fieldwork experiences that fulfill BACB requirements.
What We Look For
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an ABA, psychology, or special education program
- Pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification (fieldwork hours available)
- Reliable transportation to serve clients across the Chicago metro area
- Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Passion for working with children and their families
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
