Hands-on job coaching using task analysis and workplace simulations

CommunitySchool

About This Program

We prepare adolescents and young adults for community employment through in-vivo job coaching, workplace social skills training, and employer collaboration. Skills include following instructions, staying on task, interacting with coworkers, and managing breaks — all taught in real or simulated work environments.

Who This Is For

Older learners (ages 14+) with IEP transition goals or families planning for post-secondary employment and independence.

How We Get Started

1

Comprehensive Assessment

Your BCBA conducts a thorough skills assessment and functional behavior assessment to establish baselines and identify priority goals.

2

Individualized Treatment Plan

A personalized plan is written with measurable goals, specific teaching procedures, and reinforcement strategies tailored to your child.

3

Ongoing Sessions & Adjustment

Therapy begins, data is collected every session, and the BCBA reviews progress regularly — adjusting the plan as your child grows.
